Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellation

Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your plan simply ends on its end date.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, write to cfo@bioutsource.com within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided you have not yet received an answer, report or call on that plan. After 7 days, or once you have received one, payments are not refundable.

If a payment is taken but your plan is not activated, it will be activated or fully refunded within 5 working days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show them.
